Hey Milissa. How goes the war? 3 pounds is a great start. So did you join the gym again? I just workout from home. I like to do a variety of different workouts, running, elliptical, and aerobic cds. I also walk my little dog fairly regular in addition. One thing I have learned is that it will only come off if I move, move, move. Music really makes a difference when I am running or walking. Sometimes I can just get totally lost in a great run with really motivational music. I love all kinds from jazz to gospel. Some of my current favorites are Mercy Me, Plus One, Cobly Caliet, and Shannia Twain. Hope your day is great.
