Previous Diets

I don't have a specific diet that I have followed, and I didn't count calories. I just did portion control for meals, I drank more water, and ate more fruit. I stayed away from a lot of sweets but treated myself once in a while.

Favorite Workouts

Jogging 4 times a week, and light weight lifting.

Start my career, travel with my husband to Europe, watch my kids grow up.

Reading, watching movies, walking, spending time with family.

About Me

I am a stay at home mother of 3 - 2 boys and a girl. I like to exercise and keep active in my kids' school. My husband is a hard worker and taking classes on top of his job. We've accomplished many of our goals so far, and our next big one will be our vow renewal in December. It'll be 9 years of marriage!

ok the down side i at poorly yesterday, the up yet down side, i finally got claires' bug and throw ALOT last night! so needless to say i feel like DEALTH! nice huh? hopefully i don't throw up anything else, i'm supposeto go to work this morning,haha....i could change it to tomorrow if i had to but then i won't have a sitter so ryan wouls have to get up if they woke up.
ok i'm gonna die now so by/

ok. girly!!! let's go...even w/ going out all day yesterday i made a small loss .4 lbs. putting me at 183.6!!!! getting there. i'm debating asking for a smalleer size dress. i'm going to go try this one on and see how it feels then i'll go from there.

o.k. i 've got an even 184 now! yeah for working my butt off... so cranky lady, how you doin'? or don't i want to go there.... well have a good one don't stress out too bad. gotta go i work at the Y this morning and i have a cleaning job this afternoon. talk to ya later.

hey i managed to go for a walk last night, i put isaac and hannah in the double stroller and went! i only did about 25 min. b/c it was close to bed time, but it's still something and i even did some jogging.
then up at 4:20 this morning and did 35 on the treadmill and abs, and weights! off to a good start!

hey babe-
it was weird i think b/c of my lovely shoe, it hurt me calf more, so not oso sure i'll wear it from now on. don't worry too much about your lb. i'm sure you're right and it'll be off by wed.
