Ha! Yeah, I got rid of that .5 I was telling you about. Now I'm back to not moving again. Lol.

Hey thanks! It's the keeping it off that's the challenge--I'm the up/down/up/down queen! How do you look at the stats of the competition?

Actually think the scale this morning must have been wrong but I liked the number so much that I didn't get on it again :)

Glad I can add a little healthy competition to your life. Keep up the pace and you will be at your goal weight soon :)

Thanks, Cat. In all actuality, I realized today, I have lost 46 pounds from my highest weight about a year and a half ago. I am now the lightest I have been in like 6 years! I still have a ways to go, but I am really ecouraged and motivated so hoepfully I can keep that scale moving down.
Day before yesterday I wore a pair of capris I have had for like two years. I was walking to my office and I literally had to stop halfway there and pull my pants up. If I had kept walking they would have slid right over my hips and down to my ankles! A lot of my pants are like that now...I don't have to unzip them to take them off! :) THAT is very encouraging.
I have six dresses in my closet that I love, but haven't worn in forever. My goal is to be able to wear them at the Feast...it will almost be like having a new wardrobe.
Anyway, thanks for the encouragement. It means a lot to me...helps keep me going! LOVE YA!

Thanks. I didn't work as hard as I should have. Still haven't exercised at all. I'm thrilled that my FL weight came off quick as you predicted otherwise I was going to be really mad at myself. :) Good job to you too, looks like you're going to be a contender again.

I know. It drives me nuts! I think my ideal goal will literally come one step at a time. Ha ha.
