Looks like your still doing well. I know sometimes it seems impossible to reach your goal. When I see those infomercials and the people that have lost 60-100 lbs. I often wonder why I can't lose the weight. What's the difference between those people & me. The only real difference is those people stick with it. I just keep telling myself, STICK WITH IT! Good luck.

The best you can do for anyone is to thrive fully and be willing to explain to anyone who asks how it is that you are thriving, and what it is that you've discovered—and then, just relax and trust that all truly is well. ~Abraham-Hicks~

You changed your picture! Look at your progress! Awesome!

Eat healthy and exercise! Have people asking how you are thriving! :)

Hey thanks for the ad. I know what you mean about being really busy and not having the time. I'm a full time student a mom and I work full time. It's really hard fitting it all in once you get into a routine it will get easier. Good luck keep up the good work!

So Cute! Maybe just I'm crazy!!! A motivator? Maybe I can be a role model later this summer but no point in logging my states that scale hasn't moved :) We have some interesting ventures lined up... the White Rim in Utah is 100 mile ride and the Iron Horse Rally is 50 miles (a race against the train) here in Durango Colorado.

You are doing very well. It seems the weight should drop instantly when we try harder each day. I sometimes feel like Garfield that I could just scream at the scale and call it a liar ;)

Just for fun I have added some interesting tips in my "Recipes" that I've come across in WLS from one friend to another. Sugar Problems?, Energetic Drink, and Think Before You Chew.

Same here, 4 kids, work, cleaning... I have to make myself do it! Remember, it's just 30 minutes and it's good for you! ~bobi~

Thanks for adding me to your friendship list. Would you like to join in a private challange and be each other's motivators? Let's see who can go the longest, we will exercise at least 30 minutes a day without breaking the chain. See who can build the longest chain! If you choose to increase -- no problem. Just earn your "X". See my journal "The Steinfield Chain". Report your progress on your stats as described either daily or weekly.
