Lost 37 lbs.

About Me

I am a 30 year old wife and mother of 3 my children are 13,11, & 8. I never really had a problem with my weight. I was always very active I ran track throughout high school. I put on tons of weight with each child. However I always lost the weight shortly after. After the birth of my last child I develpoed a thyroid problem. My thyroid had to be removed. Since this time I have not been able to control my weight or my appetite. I just want to eat all day. I also work full time and I'm a full time student so trying to fit everything in is sometime impossible. But this time I have a new found motivation and plan to stick to it until I'm my goal weight.

Whats up Eeka, its me Mary :) girl I feel exactly what you mean when you say how busy you are. I try hard to make the commitment to check my weightlosswars profile. Hello there Eeka, Girl thanks for adding me as a friend. I am so haapy there is a website out here like this. So far I lost 18 lbs but its a hard struggle. How have you been? I know you are busy with the kids but please keepin touch me me. Goodluck and congratulations on your weight loss.

Hey you.. Left ya comments on your journals but I'm wondering how your weight and eating were affected by your training/5k.. Haha- don't tell me to find out for myself!! What ARE you eating now anyway? Still doing anabolic? You know you're awesome MissE. Keep it up Lady!

You haven't posted weight in awhile.. I know I've been missing in action and I feel bad for it. I hope you're still doing as awesome as ever. How was the wedding; didja wow everyone w/your HAWTness?? I tell ya what; this last little bit is a freakin' struggle and a half but I think- and I could be wrong- that I might actually have to start exercising... Haha. Bought my nike+ sneakers to go w/my ipod and I haven't used them once. I am so weak. Tom is skinny now and continues to lose altho he's eating out far too frequently again. I'm definitely not, but seriously- I HAVE to start running. Did you pick it back up yet? Please tell me how you're doing. I have faith in you!!!

hey, thanks! I read your bike incident and ouch! hope you're ok. But hey, at least you got out there and started training. haha. I need to do something like that as well, maybe it would keep me motivated to exercise more! Keep me posted.

oh your poor dear!!! That sucks, sorry that happened. Hope you didn't leave any perma-marks? You'll get back into it and no ones punishing you :P Just takes a little motivation and commitment to change your lifestyle. I have no doubt you'll get there. Summer is around the corner and you can hop back on that bike and try again :) Have fun out there.
