Good job on your recent weight loss!. It will keep coming off until u reach your goal just keep at it. When I 1st started it seem like my goal was sooooo far away, but the closer I get even if it's judt 1 lb a week the more I think to myself I can do it. I think the trick is setting small goals inside of the big goal. I try to lose atleast 2 lbs a week that's the small goal I set for myself. If I lose more than that GREAT! If I don't reach that goal I know I have to push that much harder for the next week. Looking @ trying to lose 2lbs is alot easier than saying I need to lose 39 more lbs to reach my goal. Works for me give it a try. :)

Hey check under my stuff on my profile page. I put a link there for HIIT (high intensity interval training) It is really helping me burn fat. Give it a try.

You are doing very well. It seems the weight should drop instantly when we try harder each day. I sometimes feel like Garfield that I could just scream at the scale and call it a liar ;)

Thanks for adding my to your friendship list. If you have a moment take a look at my Journal and see if the Seinfield Chain is something that might be helpful. It is really very easy and if you (like myself) have trouble sticking to a plan or program this technique may work for you. Hope you reach all your goals! ~bobi~

Hey just thought I'd check in. I am new to this site this is like my 2nd week. I live in OH now originally from NJ. My goal to lose 65lbs. I'm in on two competitions right now. You should search the site and find one that intrests you. It will help you stay motivated!
