The contest is based on percentage of body weight lost, so men and woman can compete together. Cash prizes will be awarded to the participants who have lost the biggest percentage of weight.
The program encourages participants to eat a healthy level of protein and calories each day and teaches the benefits of good nutrition and exercise. The previous contests have ended with an average weight loss of over 19 pounds and 33 inches per person!

Weight loss payouts are determined as follows:
- 50% = First place winner (loses the most percentage of body weight)
- 30% = Second place winner (loses the most percentage of body weight)
- 20% = Third place winner (loses the most percentage of body weight)
You can begin by:

2. Submitting your 2009 weight loss goal to weightloss@millionairemakeup.com
3. Then all you need to do is take a photo of you standing on the scale with the date written on a piece of paper and add this to your journal AND take a before full body shot BUT you don't need to place this pic in your journal until the final weigh-in along with your after shots. Every week when you weigh in take a photo of the scale with the date and add that to your journal too.
