My first day went really well. I had a 30 minute walk, ate my fruit, worked in the yard and all kinds of good things. I am very pleased with day 1.

Do you like how you look in a bathing suit? Do you even dare get into one? Wouldn't you like this to be the year you do?
This competion is about 27 weeks long and I want to loose about 30-40 pounds. That is not impossible, a little over a pound a week. Can we do it? Yes we can if we work together. I'm ready, are you?
