- Here will be competing on weight loss. This is a long term competition and will get us all right through the entire 2008 year. It costs $10 to join any competition and this one will get you the most for you money. =)
This is a great way to form a small support group that will help each of us to reach our weight loss goals this year.
The prize awarded will be a New.. Healthy... Beautiful... Confident... YOU!
Any may join!! I look forward to the journey ahead of us... TOGETHER!!
Any participant falling idle in posts or updating stats more than 8 weeks will be removed from the competition. We would like to keep everyone active and losing... and keep pushing that graph across the board. Should that person come back at some point through the year they are more than welcome to rejoin the competition. =)
** Any that join must enter their starting weight on January 1st, 2008 so that our graph does not get confused here** Your losses will still show up the same.. we just have to have a weight entered that day. THANKS SO MUCH! :)

Ok, so I need to set realistic goals...as I keep yo-yo-ing - and what's frustrating is that I don't do anythign different the weeks I'm down from the weeks I'm up...anyone have any suggestions? (yes I've lost a total of 9 pounds, but realistically I've lost 1.5 pant sizes {because I'm in between sized righit now} so I've lost inches too)

never mind last post, i'm not waiting till mon. i feel like crap!!! i went out to lunch w/ my friend from this site (i'll give no names, and i ate like crap, worse than my friend) then it was pizza and movie night and instead of having my pizza i ate 2 small peices of everyone elses kind and 4 pieces of desert pizza, ugggg i feel sick to my stomach and i tried on the bikini, from the front view not so bad, from the side view, i look 5 months pregnant...uggg!!!!!!
i really am mad at myself for letting situations get in the way of a healthy lifesytle....no matter what at some point both tomorrow and sun. i will be working out!!!1defently will be then by the time i need to post a weight for sun. morning i will hopefully lose the damage from today. if i'm not posting here everyday atleast twice a day please take it as i'm sliding off track and yell at me, i really need this for myself!!!

hey all- every since May when i fell off the wagon after getting to 177 i haven't been able to get on track and stay focus like i was, something comes up,...kids stop sleeping at night, someones sick, vaction, huuby's accendent,something. well in 3 1/3 months my sunt's renewing her wedding vows and i'm standing up w/ her and ordered my dress a size small, so i need to get my butt in gear actually i'd like to do so well i need to get the dress taken in. so starting mon. full force i'm back in gear i wouls like to be 177 by the end of sept. and 163 by the end of nov. when i leave for my aunt's renewal!
everyone keep up the hard work..lisey lets see if we can stay on the horse w/out getting klicked off anymore!
everyone who has races coming up keep up the great work, i'd like to do a mini triathon in a few years need to wait for the munchines to get bigger so i can get some mager training in.
need to run.
have a great night and get ready to watch me climb up the boards (again!)

Congrats Krysta on the running! Lori - don't worry about that last .5 mile. If you're running 3.5's in the weeks prior to your fun run, the excitement of the moment & huge sense of accomplishment will absolutely propel you to the finish! Trust me!!!
Okay all, I'm back from vacation & totally fell off :{ I'm posting today as motivation to GET MY BIG BUTT BACK IN GEAR!
