that is great Paula, I am sooooo happy you signed up. t his is a fun site besides being a very healthful site. Won't it be great when we all are where we want to be. I talked to Sue today, and she said she is going to sign up today. I hope she did. That is great that you cut down on sodas. that is a very healthy choice. soon you can eliminate it altogether. you won't miss it. you've made a lot of healthy choices. that is fantastic. you are a good example. My biggest obstacle is portion control. that is my hang up. that is what I am working on. am doing a lot better, but have a long way to go. carol

Hi Paula, thanks for the encouragement. Yes, water is a very good weight loss tool. I try to drink a glass before each meal to fill me up. I aim for 8 glasses a day, but don't always make it. Its something I really need to concentrate on. My exericse is not going anywhere with being in Lebanon and working. I will get going again tomorrow on my elliptical. Good luck to you too. carol

Hi Paula, I am so excited to have you on board. this will be so fun. We are all going to look terrific and feel terrific too. Do you think Corey would be interested in joining? I don't know if he has any wt to lose or not. Just asking. Walt signed up, I can't believe it. He has never done anything like th is before! He really surprised me.
We are off to Lebanon va tomorrow. will be leaving here at 4 am.! for the knee replacement. Good luck with your wt loss goals.
