Aww no no no you are still in the picture friends can NEVER be replaced!!! Lol...
Anyways, I dont have any kids so I dont know about baby weight, but I do know about gaining weight back that you have already lost once! I use to be 280 lost 100 lbs and I was 180 (and still thought I was fat, but I am 5'10 so it was a good weight for me) anyways I got depressed and went back up to 252 and well I started Jan 1 2008 and said NO MORE! So here I am today at 220 and its been hard but I keep my FAT 280 picture and my SKINNY 180 picture in my wallet as a daily reminder that I CAN do it!!!...
And you CAN too!!!

Good job at getting a good start for the day! Sometimes you slip up, what matters is when you get up and make a change, and you just do it! So, are you weighin in on Monday's still?
I didn't make it to the gym today, but around lunch time my mom and I took a stroll thru good old River Heights. We walked for about an hour and according to my bodybugg I burned almost 500 calories!! Its fun to see how much you burn just doing stuff, like mowing the lawn, I burn around 450 calories. And its something I have to do anyways! It makes if "fun" to move around, just to see how many calories you burn!
Anyways...Keep up with the counting of the points!! It kind of sucks having to count them and all, but the more you do it, the more it will just become habit. Just like everything.
So, I see the crazy Texan Jordan has invaded. Jk. She's awesome. What do you say about the emailing thing?? We could just send out the same email to everyone, daily. Jordan has some very good ideas. One that has helped me with getting up is putting my alarm clock in the bathroom. Then I have to actually wake up to go turn it off. So, in a sense it wakes you up. Anywho... I must have a lot to say... but I will save some more for later.. :)

So I am Jordan that Jamie told you about! I just wanted to say holla and see what your story is... I am doing WW and have lost 32 lbs so far and I am SO close to getting my 10% key chain (I would have already gotten it but I quit and came back so I had to re-start!) Anyways, I am a gym rat, LOVE GOING but I am Really really really bad about portions and eating good things Lol...
I just sent Jamie a email about us making a plan each day and sending it to each other so we can hold each other accountable... if you wanna join in email me and we can all do it together, the more the merrier!!! jashlass@hotmail.com

Just so you know, my friend Jordan that is one here-- is going to ask for your friendship. I met her on this website when we first started this site, and she is the best!! She is an awesome help to me. She's from Texas. I actually got to meet her when I went to Dallas for a business convention, and then she's even came up here once to visit, and is coming up again in Jan. I talk to her daily and she knows exactly how it is to loose weight. Just thought you might like some extra support from someone that has helped me a ton! :)
