Come on Danny, speak to me. Where are you? I'm looking for some stiff competition to get me moving on my goals.
You can do this. Wii can help each other. :) Hope to talk to you soon.

hey man. So i see you and i might be in the same boat. :( Sucks dont it. We have to take control of it now before it gets any worse. I'm doing my best to be back at it for real this time. This is day 2 for me. I deleted everyone except those that i was closest to and that i felt helped to push me along before. You were one of those and i hope we can get back at this again together. I've not seen you on messenger lately... maybe we could chat again that way sometime. I enjoyed that. We are both up 20+ from our lowest so dont you dare think you are the only one. Lets lose it!!! We did it once.. we can do it again.
Have a great day boy... hope to see ya soon and best of luck! =)

Hey Danny,
It looks like we've both been struggling a bit. I again just started over. I had gained all my weight back and then some over the last couple of months and now I'm back to work and down 10 pounds. Lets help each other have a great summer.
Oh, and I thought you'd be interested that my daughter got state champion in track. And boy did I feel fat at the track banquets this year with so much attention on my duaghter and congratulations all around. I sat there thinking that everyone was wondering why I'm so heavy while my daughter is a track star.
Probably what spurred me on to working hard again. But you can pick what spurs you on and we can work together.
Talk to you soon.

Hi Danny,
I'm glad to see that you've posted b/c it shows that you have the healthy focus in mind. I have been significantly (eg, 20-40 pound range) up & down several times throughout my adult life, so I do appreciate your situation. Just take it one day at a time! Try not to dwell on what you cannot change - past actions. Their history! Tomorrow is always a new day to take a stab at healthy choices.

Hi Danny, I'm so glad that you're doing well. I've been maintaining my weightloss so far and now I just got a Wii Fit. It is so mcuh fun. And for me it holds more interest then the regular Wii games. The balance board is really sensitive. It can detect even the slightest shift in your wieght. And the balance game where you have to shift your weight back and forth to drop a ball through a hole to the next level is addictive. I love the yoga and the strength training too and the down hill skiing is also fun. But if you put the Wii remote in your pocket it can detect you jogging in place. I'm having a blast with it.
Hope to hear from you soon.
