I've lost 12 lbs this month and I feel great! I haven't worked out this much since high school. I still can't run to much though, because my knees just can't take the pounding from my weight. My cardio workouts are burning about 1ooo calories and my overall strenght is unbelievable right now. I need to be careful, because my strenght is wanting to lift more weight, but thats something I'm trying to avoid. Feeling good and looking good and all I want to do now is workout more.
