About Me

I'm a stay at home mom who likes to be active. However, I'm finding it hard to get out and exercise and easy to stay in and eat. :(

Hiya! I'm not seeing any numbers go up, girl! How are things going? I hope well, and that you're just so busy with all your happy joys that you don't have time to post!

Six fruits/veggies a day.
Sixteen glasses water a day.
30 min exercise six days.
Three weight training sessions.

We'll see how it goes! I've maintained the top three for the last two weeks consistently, but my first weight training was yesterday, and today my body is declaring mutiny. Not pretty.

Keep me updated on your progress! You can DO this!

I'm wretched when I fall off, too. But at some point, I'm going to have to just learn to pick up the pieces more quickly, because I don't think there will ever be a time that I won't screw up. My hang time is getting a lot smaller just in the past month! Now, if I screw the pooch and blow a day's worth of calories in one tiny afternoon, I can be back on track by dinner. (rather than suggesting Pizza Hut since I've already blown it for the day.)

SO! What are your goals for this week?

Just wanted to check in with you to see how you're doing! I got some Fiber One muffin mix this weekend and thought of you. However, it has like 1/3 C vegetable oil in it which doesn't seem overly healthy. Maybe I'll experiment!

I'm drinking 16 glasses of water a day! It's been a struggle, but I'm really feeling like it's helping me!

thanks so much for adding me! Your baby is so beautiful. I hope this will give me the motivation and inspiration I need. Best wishes to you with yours :-D

Welcome to the site! I found it when I was looking for something a little more competitive and a little less "clique-y" than what I've seen on Weight Watchers. (But I am doing their points system.) So far, I've run into some really swell folks that have gotten me moving better than my own will-power can.

I haven't tried Fiber One, but I guess I'll have to check it out. The reason you caught my eye is because my husband does that sabotage thing all the TIME! But he's so sweet that I can't be too mad at him. Case in point, he brought home pizza on Friday night. Ugh. At least you got chocolate out of the deal!

Thanks for the Fiber One Bar recipe, sounds delicious. I just bought fiber one yesterday and had it for breakfast this morning. That is the only cereal I have ever found that doesn't contain any sugar. I like their breakfast bars to for when I am on the go.
