About Me
I have re-started my weight loss journey on June 3rd 08' at 314lbs and have been steadlily losing the weight. I plan on eating healthy everyday and exercising at least 4 times a week. There will be good days and there will be bad ones but i'm ready to take it on and keep pushing through. I won't stop untill i get the results that i want! I hope to gain friendships on here instead of pounds! If You Believe It then You Will Do It!!

Hey girl!! How are you? School has officially begin and it's been a crazy ass wekk but very good. I swam for a total of 6hrs. 14mins. doing 129 laps(a lil' over 3.5 miles). How have you been? I'm going to call you this weekend so we can catch up!

Thank you for adding me as a friend. I saw a couple of your transition excerpts and visited your website and I have to admit you’re the one that brought me to the realization that its never too late. YEAH for you!!! I LOVE to hear people so motivated! So ready and excited about having better health!One of the keys to better health is eliminating the toxins from you body and replenishing it with all the essential vitamins it requires. I found this program that works wonders! I lost most of my weight in a short period of time, and its so eay to follow! Its a good thing to include with any fitness or health goals.
