Wow!!! You are doing great. I want to be around 139-140 lbs too! We can reach our goals together!!! I did lose 50 lbs before finding this site but it is better losing the weight with someone else.

I see that your doing really well! Grats on losing 50 lbs!! That is just awesome! You must be feeling soooo great to be down a pant size. It's wonderful to be able to finally see the benefits of all the hard work :) I'm creeping up to 50 lbs mark myself and can't wait to reach it!
Sorry to hear about your back injury. Back pain is the worst... I hope your feeling better and up and about soon.
