About Me
I am the mom of three great kids who inspire me to want to be the best mom I can be. Seeing them grow up is the greatest privilege I have and teaching them the values and beliefs I have, is the greatest responsibility I have. One of those values is that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit; a place where He resides. That's why being strong and healthy is what pleases Him. I want to be a good example of that. I want to live long so that I can watch my kids grow into the godly women and man God wants them to be.

My kiddos tell me it was great! Thanks for fixin' dinner for my mom. She said you do great! This whole competition thing, is tough. I feel like I'm trying really hard, but don't lose much. Dan is doing well, though. He's pretty determined. I am happy about that. Got any good recipes to share? Ang

Look under my "recipes" and I put the chicken breasts with goat cheese and spinach I made for your mom. Tonight I made some really good chicken quesdaillas with whole wheat tortillas, reduced fat cheese, chicken, scallions, and sliced avocado. I served it with light sour cream and salsa. It was awesome, definitely a keeper even when we're not dieting. Put it this way, you don't exactly have a lot of weight to lose. It's great that Dan is so into it. It will really pay off (for both of you) when bathing suit season arrives!
