Well first off... aside from being with my husband and sweet baby girl, I love to bake/cook. I'm an avid cookbook collector and Food Network watcher. Secondly, I love to exercise and read reliable health and fitness info. I have a BS degree in Exercise Science - Fitness and Wellness and I am also an ACE certified personal trainer.

Amber thanks for the encouragement. I did so bad on WW this last weekend and have struggled getting back into it. I'm scared to weigh in tonight. I have gotten into a size 16 jeans though which is exciting!
I still plan on winning the Berry War.

Hey Amber! I had a quick question about my calcium intake. I know my range is between 120-200 per day. For cancer prevention that we talked about, should I be trying to get 200 and above? Today I was at 169 and I was counting that as a success, but I don't know if I should aim higher. I haven't gotten the chocolate calcium supplements yet, so I think it will be easy with those. I just wanted to see what you thought. Thanks!

thanks for the comments! I appreciate all the support I can get! Yes, I did get the invite! I have been lazy and just haven't grabbed my wallet to do the payment stuff. haha I'll do that! I get weighed in at WW on Monday, so I'll just weigh in then if that's ok. If it's not fair to every one else , then I understand. It's just my scale may be off...I don't know. Let me know if that's a prob.

Oops I emailed your profile. I was going to tell you that I LOVE Food Network, too. Foodnetwork.com is pretty cool...I've found some yummy recipes on there. Giada DiLaurenthis is my favorite chef. I just found out this week she is preg and due in April. I'm excited for her!
