About Me
I am a third grade teacher and love my job. I have been athletic my whole life. Most of my life I kept in good shape but I always loved to eat. Since I have been married, out of college, and out of hardcore training I have just packed on the pounds. I made excuses for a long time, it was this or that. The real problem is my eating habits and my lack of exercise.

hey cousin! Well, we've both gained the four pounds! But we've got time to work it off again (thank goodness) It was SO hard to make myself weigh, but it was worth it so that i can get back on track! Anyway, heard your thanksgiving went well! I stayed up tooooo late the night before cooking and last minute cleaning! But we had fun! Floranne's fiance is so wonderful, so not Dale. We really love him! not too much longer till christmas break!

horrible. went temporarily insane and couldn't figure out why,then started my period two days later. Started doing better at the beginning of last week, then totally went crazy this week. I don't want to know how many calories i consumed...I have to weigh but I am too scared. I am aiming for Wednesday so maybe I can get a little bit of water weight off before I see the damage done! Anyway, how are you guys other wise!

Where are you manna nae??? Hope you've had a good week! I blew up my diet last night at church and was bad bad VERY bad!! I don't even know why! Travis was so mad about the SC/UT game but kinda glad about the fulmer thing. But of course the election overshadowed it all!

I don't EVEN want to weigh!! after doing well at Papa's I ate COOKIES at mom's! Then I couldn't get back on track yesterday and fell off the wagon so so hard! GAG! But, back on track today! LOOK at you! Number 1! At the rate you are losing, I don't think we will be able to catch you!! You go girl!

Thanks! But 2 1/2 years to lose 49 pounds is a long time! Hopefully, the slow loss will help with flabbiness though (wishful thinking.) But since I joined this site in January I'v lost 27 I think... still not a whole lot for 10 months only like 2.7 pounds a month if you average it! But slow and steady wins the race i guess. I think my main goal is to lose slow and not to have the massive gains I used to have. Anyway, are you on your last 30 days yet? When that's over what do you do? Do the last 30 days again? You are doing so great!

I'm so depressed! I'm up 8 lbs since the beginning of December and i was four lbs up then(sooo total of TWELVE)! But hopefully I'm on track today. I did NOT want to weigh in. Are you guys back from Ohio yet? We need some winter pictures but I would love to get these 12 lbs off first!
