Today I'm taking the kids to the park. I'm going to take some fruit and water along for the outing. I never got all my water in yesterday...but I will today. It's one of my goals. And I'm going to put into practice something I've been talking about and not doing. GOTTA GET ON THE BIKE! I think I'll do that right now, and THEN take them to the park. I want to do the bike first thing from now on, even though first thing in the morning is not that early thanks to sleeping in a bit now that school is out! Sleeping in is important to me right now, I need it. I notice the difference on the scale when I get more sleep, and also I have more patience for 3 energetic girls. Eventually I'll be able to get up earlier and do my workout and get some things done earlier in the day....which equals being more productive. Day 18, still going strong.
