Back to Losing!

Yea for me! I've FINALLY gotten back into the healthy swing. I've only exercised once in the last 6 days, but I was on vacation & I made overall healthy choices, hence the weight loss.
I'm going to the gym for weights tonight, TKW tomorrow, weights Fri, biking Sat, weights Sun, TKW Mon, weights Tues. This is my exercise goal for the week. Food goal - no processed foods.
