What the F#$%

Okay I remembered to weigh myself this morning. 163.5, I didn't eat that much over the weekend. The only thing I can think is that it is some water weight, because I have been craving salty foods lately. Well I am walking for 1 hour on the walking path with Kylee riding her bike, so hopefully that will reverse some of this. I will try and drink lots of water and see if that helps flush out the salt.

Salt, certain food combinations AND stress can cause you to retain water. You are doing the right thing by doubling up on your water intake. If you scroll down my journals, see a blog I wrote there on how water relates to weight loss. This might help! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and hang in there!
