About Me
I've been very active most of my life training horses and dogs but have always had a layer of fat on top of all my muscle. Well now I've graduated nursing school and have lost most of my muscle from lack of riding and training. I plan on getting back into training again but would like to get into better shape before.

Hey brooke. Just wanted to check in with ya and see how ya've been doin? I just got back from 9 days of vacation and boy was i BAD!! I gotta get myself back in diet/exercise mode ... QUICK!!

Thanks for your support everyone! I have gotten back on track and worked out yesterday at the gym and did my new Tae Bo video today after I got off work with a friend.

Hey, sorry to hear that you've been having some trouble with the motivation. I'm sure it will help out a lot that you have a gym membership now and a workout partner. Good luck with your new job and your weight loss!!

lol You're very welcome. I was afraid i'd lost you already. Better luck this week. I'm leaving friday for the beach for the week.. im praying i can stay on track while i'm away! *crosses fingers* i think i'm even going to pack my scale. Nothing can motivate ya to stay on track like seeing that scale every morning! lol =)
I know what you mean about tanning. I love it too.. not sure what it is about tan skin but it even makes the chubby look better! lol ;)
I'm glad you have a work out partner.. that helps alot. Record your stats best you can and i will try to get one while we are away next week and check in with everyone. =) Glad you are back!

ok so I have had a horrible week! I just couldnt get motivated AT ALL! I'm currently between jobs but I start my new job tomorrow thank goodness! My excercise routine has been next to nothing but I am getting a gym membership today and I found a workout buddy. I'm also going tanning as much as possible cause it just makes me feel better. Thanks for giving me a kick in the rear Christy. It was much needed!
