Main Goal
My main goal is to get healthy. If I do not lose weight, I will not be around for my kids. I plan to go into the mission field full time in about two years. I will not be able to physically do this unless I lose weight and get healthy.
Previous Diets
Liquid diets, Weight Watchers, Curves, Doctor supervised diet pills, plus 20+ times on my own.
Favorite Workouts
If I had a favorite workout I would not be the weight I am. I can live with cycling, walking, lite hikes. I enjoyed Curves at one time. It is a new years and time to find my favorite workout.

I am a single mother of three. I am a director/lead teacher of a child care ministry. I have been over weight since the birth of my first child 23 years ago. I lost 20 pounds while carrying my first child because I could not keep any food down. After I delivered I began a love affair with food.

Every thought, actions, and situation you deal with helps you to move forward. We must decide if that move is going to be a positive one by thinking positively, taking positive actions, and dealing positvely with whatever situation we have to deal with. We can suceed as long as we keep trying and not give up.
