"Strength Training Anatomy" by Frederic Delavier - this is the best guide to musculature I done seen. It has detailed drawings of muscles and the exercises that work them, but its very concise, not full of b.s. about how this diet is better than blah blah like most exercise books. Highly recommend, it changed my perspective. Upper body section is geared toward men, lower body geared toward women, but there is a strictly women's version.
