Well thank you very much. Not heard from you in awhile.. how's it been going? How was the thanksgiving? I packed on a couple pounds. I'm currently about 1.5 above where i was so i hope to have that all gone by this weekend so i can start fresh for december.

Hey girlie... how are those miles coming along?? I've actually been doing pretty good with them. Surprisingly enough... i thought after a week or so of it that i would burn out... not so far!! (fingers crossed)

Congrats on the 5 pounds lost. Good luck this week.

I gotta recommend the ball. Its alot of fun and it really works you hard! I found a 10 minute dvd series that has 5 10 minutes segments working with the ball (upper body, lower body, core, cardio, stretching) and it was pretty cool. I did upper, lower and core and i was DONE! I did NOT want to attempt cardio on that thing. So i did 30 minutes with the ball and 30 minutes on the treadmill. I think i'm gonna call it a day! =)
