Lunch time....that's funny. I usually never get a lunch time. Our commander is tryng to get a gym put n for us, but we'll see how that goes. I am a Dtetention Officer for homeland security of Immigraton and Customs Eforcement. In other words I am always working...lol
So how's it going with you?

HI YOU!!! I AM DOING GOOD, WORKING WAY TOO MUCH BUT OH WELL. HOW'S YOUR WORKOUT? I HAVE TO BE AT WORK BY 0600 SO I LEAVE AT 0430 AND I GET HOME AT ABOUT 1700 ANY IDEAS ON HOW I CAN FIT N A WORKOUT REGIMGNE? I NEED ENERGY LOL. ANYWAY HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU.

Hi Sam,
I can only tell you what works for me. I do Tae Bo 4 days a week. I love doing Tae Bo. I to am a Football Fanatic! I don't recommend pills, it's only a quick fix and you'll end up gaining more back in the end, but a good work out plan you lose it slowly but consistantly and you keep it off! For you being the sports guy, I would just work on turning the fat into muscle, especially if you want to continue with football. Football is all about the size in a healthy way! LOL sorry I love football. Hope I was a little bit of help.
