Main Goal

I have struggle for a year now to drop my baby weight and some extra pounds before pregnancy. But I am on a mission. I have a new goal and I would like to lose 45 pounds before May 2, 2009. I am going on a Western Caribbean cruise and want to feel great in a bikini. You are more than welcome to join me...that is lose weight and go on my group cruise. I have plenty of cabins available.

Its great to hear from you. I am glad to see someone is keeping the weight off. I packed on a couple of pounds after a health issue. I am back on board now.....Lets stay motivated. I back training now so IO hope all goes well and I dont injure myself.

There are many things you can do. How is your current diet? The first thing I tell all of my clients is to stay away from fried food and soda.
Also never thing of this thing as a diet you are now changing your lifestyle. Dont be so hard on yourself you can do it! If you have any other questions or need some more ideas let me know.
Its great meeting new people isnt it. :)
