Previous Diets

Anything and everything - all successfully to begin with but then the motivation and staying power fails me... I've been doing WW flex since Sophia was 6 weeks old and have lost 25lbs so far. This is also the longest I've stuck to a diet pretty much ever!

Walking and trying to get back into running again.

Things To Do Before I Die

So many things it's hard to list - see the grand canyon, go on safari, be a cowgirl for a week (ok a few days would do...), go hot air ballooning, drive a rally car, fly a plane, see my kids grow up happy and healthy.
