In the big picture :stop emotional binge eating, and develop a healthy lifestyle. In the short term: Run atleast 3 times a week-and lose the 20 pounds I've gained, in 10 weeks (July 27th).

Running, pilates, walking... I hate the gym.

Things To Do Before I Die

Travel to every continent. Get married in vegas. drive a convertible through hollywood. stay at the plaza. go to a nude beach. sing karaoke on stage. Try to surf.

Favorite Activities

Painting and mixed media collage, sleeping, learning, laughing.

I think we all have the potential to live life to its fullest- and I'm sick of hiding behind my issues with food and weight.

MIA- :) I know the feeling. This summer it feels like there has been one thing after another and I haven't been able to focus on losing weight like I have wanted to. I can relate to the rewarding yourself and binging- I really need to learn some self control. I am thinking about going to an overeaters anyonomous meeting so that I can learn how to break these bad eating habits.

Your fourth of July was rainy, hunh- not fun. Do you have any big plans for the rest of the summer? TTYS
