Hey thanks for the comment. Right now I'm on the anabolic diet. It's workingreally well but my weight loss is slowing down so I'm going to change up a bit.

The best you can do for anyone is to thrive fully and be willing to explain to anyone who asks how it is that you are thriving, and what it is that you've discovered—and then, just relax and trust that all truly is well. ~Abraham-Hicks~

Eat healthy and exercise! Have people asking how you are thriving! :)

On my "Journal" see The Four Lessons Of Life. I receive these motivational thoughts occasionally that are pretty cool and worth sharing. It seems that can be applied to many things in life i.e. weight loss. Wishing you success on your WL goals! ~bobi~

Just for fun I have added some interesting tips in my "Recipes" that I've come across in WLS from one friend to another. Sugar Problems?, Energetic Drink, and Think Before You Chew.

Alright! Keep building that chain. Each day you get done your "X" then you can feel accomplished and eventually healthier. I started increasing my time this week but on those days when I can't really get into it -- I'll just tell myself "Just do the 30 minutes!"

It's going well! My husband and I just started last week. I had a baby back in November and am trying to shed the baby weight and he is trying to shed his "sympathy" weight! We have been counting our caloires, and keeping a food journal and also brushing our teeth at 9 (to keep from eating late). We had our first "weigh-in" on monday and we have both lost 4 pounds! How is it going for you? How long have you been at it?
