About Me
Hello, I am 33 yo, a mother of three wonderful boys, and happily married for 13 years. I am currently in nursing school (BSN) and will graduate in May 2008, Halelujah!!! I would love to be about 15-20 pounds lighter by gradation. So, I would like to know if there is anyone out there similar to my situation and can motivate me along the way. I would love to join some of the competitions, can anyone suggest one and some meal plans.......

Glad to hear you are working it out. I've been slacking but I did work out tonight. I tried to do an hour long dvd but could only get through 45 minutes. I was tuckered. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have a better eating day. Today was terrible!!

Yesterday, I did 30 min on the treadmill on a hill routine. My intensity was high, and by the time 20 minute mark came I was beat. So I did 15 minutes of weights and abs on the incline bench, then 20 hellacious minutes in the sauna. That was yesterday. Today, I have not worked out yet. But I am sitting in the coffee/sitting area of the YMCA studying for a final for nursing school. I will put in at least 20 min of cardio before I leave though. As far as "The Biggest Loser", I think your right. I believe he will win, I love the show. I think that Bryan can win if he eats right, he should be losing more weight that he is, but it may be his strategy, since he made it this far. I can't wait to see it tonight, I TVO'd it.

I am still here, I have been very busy doing some housecleaning and resting from non-sleep during finals. I did well on my finals, and am moving forward into my final semester of nusring school. How are you doing?
