Leann.. where you at woman!! I'm back (i think). Had a yucky gain over the last like 467 months that i have been away. Been a rough year for me in a lot of areas and my weight shows it. I'm ready to get back on the wagon and i always found you motivating and somewhat entertaining. Good lord remember that wacko tree hugger ? lol That was too funny.

I LIKE EATING COWS DAMMIT!!!

I hope you are well and get back to us soon.

I love my elliptical workouts too! We bought a new one for home with the TV on it. I love to watch my shows and work out on it. I live in the country and the closest gym is 35 min. away so we needed one at home. The weather here in Wisconsin does not allow me to be outside as much as I would like. (Nov.-April) Nice to have some more support here! Thanks! Have a great day!

I know what you mean about needing some toning! If you’re thinking about adding exercise then it might be a good idea to make a start because it could take some time to rework your eating so that you don’t continue to lose or gain once you’re at your goal. Exercise can play havoc with your apatite as most of my friends here can attest too. The balance between calories eaten and calories burned can alter things dramatically...it’s the cravings for more calories that can bring us undone, but once you find a balance its smooth sailing.

I know how hard mustering up the motivation and finding the time to do it can be...but it’s good for us...a healthy heart depends on it.

Good luck with your goals this week! It looks like you've got the maintaining worked out to a T...well done!

Thanks for the message. I haven't been on here in ages! My weight is up. I ran my half marathon a couple of weeks ago and my cardio has been sliding since. This week it is back to the grind and counting what I'm eating. You're doing great. Keep up the hard work!

You are just amazing!! I love you for it. Thank you for the proding. I've been down.. I kept off the weight (am down 7 or 8 depending on the day from when I started this whole thing!) but have about 7 or 8 more I want to lose for now. I'll have to jump back in it. No competitions for me, though. Just trying to get to pre-babies. :0)

You are rockin' girlie!!! you go!

That you popped in on me is the BEST thing you could have done :) Thank you! Even though I had the most frustrating week last week, I’m not entirely defeated yet (which is a nice change). I’m trying to look at it more like an experiment rather than something very personal...so this week I’m going to make a few changes and hope that I’ve hit on the right combinations. I’m fairly new to calorie counting and the numbers I worked out for me to lose 2lbs a week just aren’t working so I’m cutting back a little. Hopefully this week will be better.

I just checked out your graphs...how’s the exercise coming along? I only just recently got back into it myself and I already notice how much better I feel mentally afterwards, which is great for motivation.

Hey LeAnn, nice to hear from you. Thank you :) It's encouraging, messages like that! To be honest with you, I'm a gym hog, I have a trainer and I work out 4-5 times a week and I'm usually there for 2-3 hours. If I worked out with no breaks, I'd probably only be there for an hour haha. I procrastinate between sets! I love the gym though, it's my second home. Plus the fact that I have the yummies for my trainer makes it all the more fun lol. Hows everything with you? 26 lbs, NICE! you're doing awesome girly, keep it up!
