golfing, curling, walking, watching movies (no horror flicks for me), going to stage productions, eating out at nice restaurants, dancing, travelling

Anything my girls sing. 2 out of 3 are performing artists. The oldest will be in The Producers in Vancouver this spring/summer. Also enjoy some country artists Carrie Underwood is awesome! Michael Bubble, Barbara Streisand, Linda Eder are also favourties of mine!

Classics...Sound of Music, To Sir With Love, 10 Commandments, Oliver/// Steel Magnolias, Not Without My Daughter, Bridges of Madison County

Prison Break, CSI...any of them, Law and Order...not really committed to any program in particular. What Not To Wear! LOL!

sewing, enjoying visiting family and friends, pretending I can sing...to the dismay of my family! Haha! Cameron Diaz was my inspiration in "My Best Friend's Wedding"!

I'm married to Herb and have 3 lovely daughters, Allison, Kathy and Jaclyn. I've stayed at home by choice to raise our 3 girls.
Our daughters are all living away from home, for now...Vancouver, Victoria and Italy!
I am a Nutritional Cleansing Coach and an Advanced Nutritionist Student.
Exercising consistently is my weakness. Although, we did recently get a dog, so I am getting out walking everyday!

Keep up the good work sister! So, are you cleansing again this week? Exercising a little bit more? I have committed to a 30 day challenge so I am going to not only exercise as usual but am adding a cleanse day every week for a month. I just finished my cleanse last week so it will be like a more intense maintenance for me.

Hang in there. Just get back to the program. That does really suck though when you go for dinner and you try to order healthy and it is so greasy and not good, it just isn't worth the calories. I went shopping last night on my second last cleanse day. I was buying fun and healthy things for my plane trip! Hope the Lloyd was successful.

Man am I ever slow at figuring out how to use this system. You would think I was 100 and this is the first time I have used a computer! So anyhoo... how is the cleansing going? I think I am down 6lbs now. Had to shorten it a bit cause of the trip but feeling good and wondering why I don't do 2 shakes and a meal everyday. If you want to talk tomorrow about your bbuilder call me.
