Hi Lori--
I hope you're doing well! My gym had a special on the BodyBugg and I've been using that the past 2 weeks. It's very insightful to see where you burn calories, etc. You have to log what you eat so that helps with accountability. My BB trainer said that in order to lose 2 lbs/week, I need to burn 1000 extra calories a day than I'm taking in. She suggested taking in 1600 per day and burning 2600, so that's what I'm trying to do. It's definitely interesting. I'll let you know if it works!! :-) Hang in there and take care of yourself!

Thanks for requesting my friendship. I will be glad to help any way that I can.
One thing I have found very helpful in my weight-loss this time is knowing that I do not have to be perfect. I have had family and friends visiting this past summer and gained a little weight; but i knew what works and though it has taken me two weeks I am only one pound off from my lowest. Also I find that the best way to avoid hunger is to be very careful about carbs and usually do not have very many and not before noon. I hope this helps
