I've been trying to walk or bike(small town) whenever I can instead of using the car, plus I'm waiting tables this summer and that keeps me running. A couple changes I've made are to stop eating after 7:30 pm (or so)and to drink water or iced green tea (I have my coffee in the AM). I think the biggest thing, though, has been the combination of walking, more fruits/veggies, & no more fast food! :)

no, I think the scale was having an issue! I guessed the 180, was 178 the next morning when I got up. Have been trying to cut back on the in between meals stuff...
