Main Goal

Well my first goal is to look good for my 20 year reunion in August. Next goal is to look awesome for my five year anniversary in Feb 2008. And my final goal is to be forty and fabulouse in Sept. 2009. I think they are all very realistic. I have done well since Feb 2007 by losing 17 pounds so far.

I have done low carb but moving to San Antonio with the chips and salsa and all the breakfast tacos put all the weight back on. I have decided that I have to work out hard so I can lose weight but still eat what I like.

I workout six days a week. I do 6-8 classes a week. My goal is to burn 2650 calories a week. One week this year I didn't meet my goal because I had the flu. I am back at it now and keeping it up. If you want to keep track of my progress visit my blog: http://fitandfabulousby40.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the add on how are you ? what are some of the things you are doing to lose weight? i was working out at the ymca and quit for a week just so much going on right now i'm going back monday
