Reset and Refocus. Find my motivation. These are the things that I am struggling with. I have positive life reasons to lose the weight now I have to translate that into action. How do I do this? Don't quit, keep trying to get into the right mental attitude to successfully lose weight. Day by day, do what is necessary to suceed. Have a good week!

"The person with a fixed goal, a clear picture of his desire, or an ideal always before him, causes it, through repetition, to be buried deeply in his subconscious mind and is thus enabled, thanks to its generative and sustaining power, to realize his goal in a minimum of time and with a minimum of physical effort. Just pursue the thought unceasingly. Step by step you will achieve realization, for all your faculties and powers become directed to that end." by Claude M. Bristol

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan, 'press on' has solved, and always will solve, the problems of the human race." by Calvin Coolidge
