I think a bike is an excellent idea! Anything that you enjoy and gets you moving is going to be wonderful. I have a bike and have been trying to go for a 5-7 mile bike ride each morning..tho the weather hasnt been cooperative lately. I wouldnt mind riding in the rain but when u live on all dirt rds, the rain makes it a little sloppy! lol
Keep on going, you are doing wonderfully and just need to keep taking the little steps and adding in new things along the way! :) You can do it!

The site is new, it was intended at first as a way to motivate myself. Then a couple of family and friends wanted some tips on diet and stuff.

I own a small production company so I decided to shoot some vids and showcase what I am doing and also possibly help others along the way.

Hey D. How is it going girl? Hey look at that 4 pounds loss! Way to go. So I see that you are doing weight watchers. What do you think about it? How does it work? I am thinking that I need to change some things up a bit and am thinking about joining. I am just not sure though and I hate the thought about having to pay. Maybe that is what I need to get off my fanny and get moving though. Have a fantastic week.

Hey glad to meet you. I am doing an hour long aerobic CD one day and an hour on the elliptical the next with about 10 min of weight training each day. When I first started I did some running in my neighborhood. I too struggle to get my body in motion and am one of those people that just don't like it much. What I did was I ran right from my front door and gradually increased my distances. I found that I could not cheat, in order to get home I had to keep going and eventually got better at it. I do change up the workout routine just for motivation and it helps to work different muscles after a while. Hoping you the best.

Good to meet you!! I could not quite turkey either- heck its been 3 years and i still have the treats! lol But i believe that you need to learn to let yourself still have those treats or you will never stick to the healthy eating. Kind of like the 80/20 rule! :)
Good luck on your goals- if u ever have any questions or want any suggestions or anything like that, just give me a shout :) Keep me posted on how its going!
