Main Goal
I would like to lose 40 pounds and get back a hard body.
Previous Diets
vegatbles, lean meats ..some carbs(multigrain pastas)no sugar...really works ps. For special holidays I make my turkey or chicken with n skin..and twelve grain bread for the stuffing. Tastes even better!
Favorite Workouts
Circut training, going for ruck sack marches with my man (its a military thing) Obstacle courses Oxygen magazine has amazing workouts that are cardio without going on machines to add variety:)
Things To Do Before I Die
Skydiving, go to eygpt, travel, explore enter a fitness compition ( public)
Favorite Activities
Carpentry, cooking, snowboarding, dancing, hicking, wake boarding..football games, going to watch my husbands hockey games.
Favorite Music
I love it all except for country and punk..very opened minded however.

"Old school" is definatley up there.
