Main Goal

I would like to loose 50-70 pounds. Of course, like most people, I would like to do it fast. I have tried so many diets that I know there is no such thing as fast. I need to stay motivated.

I did it, after 59 years I packed up hubby and mom and moved from MA to Va. Left the kids and grandkids behind and really do love it here. But before I die I would still like to be thin and buy regular cloths right off the rack.

Hey Carol,

Just checking in. How is the battle going for you? I'm still doing pretty good. Some days are better than others. Some days I look in the mirror and think you'll never get there why even try. Some days I think looking good keep going. I guess it's just the side of the bed I wake up on that morning! Stay with it:)

No I don't know, I have been having computer problems and have not been able to get on line very often. I am hoping it is fixed.

Hi Carol, just stopping by to see how you are doing today. Hope your weekend was better, hope ya had the willpower to push those choclates aside. Here's a tip for water, I put all my water that I am to drink, right in the kitchen where I see it... mine is in a huge mason jar, I put 4 pks of that real lemon in it, and its all ready to go to drink. I just had to share with everyone, about a awesome drink you can make in the morning.
I have been reading Montels book, and he recommended this green stuff. yum!

In a blender, 1 orange, 1 bannana, and handful of leafy lettuce, yes, kiddos lettuce. You can't even taste the lettuce. Blend it all up, its nice and thick, you can add water if you wish...I use soy milk.

This stuff will give you more energy than a energizer bunny, plus its good for you.

You can make a whole pitcher of this stuff, set in fridge and drink when you want some.

Excellent!!
