Hey Angelique, thank you :) Yeah it is starting to pay off, finally! I still have a hard time with how I eat though so I think I really need to work on how to fix that. I have cut out so much unhealthy stuff and try to eat the best I can but I have a hard time scheduling my meals so sometimes I don't get enough or other times if I haven't eaten much throughout the day cuz of my lame shifts I eat too much when I come home cuz I feel like I'm STARVING haha. How are things going with you? Hangin in there you? You are almost to your goal girly, awesome! Keep it up, I love seeing people progress, keeps me going to :)

HI THANKS SO MUCH SOMETIME I FEEL LIKE I ASK TOO MANY QUESTION BUT I WANT TO KNOW I WANT TO TRY EVERY THING EXCEPT WHAT I BEEN TRYIN THAT HASNT WORKED FOR ME I AM TRYIN TO DO THE HEALTHY FOOD THANG AND ITS HARD BUT I NEVER EXERCISE IM TRYIN TO AT LEAST DO ABOUT 30MIN PER DAY IF NOT A FULL HOURS FROM WHAT I READ I SEE YOUR DOIN PILATES WHICH IS GREAT BUT I DONT THINK THATS FOR ME ARE YOU EATIN GOOD HOW LONG HAS IT TAKIN U TO GET TO THE 9LBS DOWN GRADE GREAT JOB THANKS FOR AL THE TIPS U COULD GIVE ME AND GOOD LUCK WITH UR OTHER 6LBS

Yes I've definitely had my share of ups and downs but more ups then downs which is a good thing. I've done well at not gaining all the weight back and now I'm getting my trainer to peel the last of the weight off for me cuz I'm going to be getting into figure competitions in the next year, so I have to get there and your kudo's is even more motivating. I appreciate that, thanks again!

Hey Angelique, nice to meet you. Hope you like it here. It's a warming place, great for friends and motivation so I'm sure you'll like it. I noticed you said you tried the 3 day diet and it didn't work. Hunny, don't follow stuff like that, it's just a money gimmick and quick fixes aren't life long fixes. Work on a lifestyle change. I also don't like calling them diets cuz that's a big scary word that turns everyone off. But we'll work on that ;) Good luck to ya and stop by anytime!
