I can't stand fad diets. I normally try for the sensible eating approach of eating lower lower fat meals and trying to stick to around 1600 calories a day.

I absolutely love yoga.

Hi I'm 23 years old and I have been struggling with weight loss for years. Last year I lost 40 pounds and I felt fantastic. Some things happened in my life and my weight loss kind of took a backseat compared to everything else that was going on in my life. Now I'm determined to change that.
