I am a graduate student in a field that I feel requires a healthier lifestyle. I lost 30 lbs with weight watchers and I gained it back after getting married. I am back at weight watchers trying to lose the weight and get healther and stronger!

Hi Amber. Thanks for the add and good luck with your weight loss goal. I see that you love to walk. Walking is excellent. I power walks on my lunch breaks with my co-workers and I so look forward to it. It's best to surround yourself with others who are reaching the same goals. Stay in touch with comments. Friends help. -Kim
