Adrianne you are doing great....I need to be doing what ever you are...I am going to work out five days in a row like you did waybe that will get me going...starting today...last week I did three..tomorrow I have to go to the dentist and then out for dinner....I wuess after dinner..I'll do some exercise.

wow you're doing great..now let's get out there and exercise this weekend......take the dog for a long walk.....maybe jump rope for ten minutes or for you younger girls....DANCE....DANCE like you've never danced before.
